A Collaborative, Literary Art Exhibition

Over 300 People…

The exhibition is over and we are in the throes of summer. How did we get from April to July?

Honestly, it’s been a blur.

For me the show was, simply put, awesome. Not awesome in the too common way one can use it, but genuinely awe-some.

In all, over 300 people came through the doors during our 15 day show!

The Art Books did well.

Two of the pieces sold…so far!

We want to thank everyone who came to see the exhibition and those of you who watched from afar. Thank you! It was such a memorable experience! One I know I will not forget. Ever.

In the coming weeks I want to share more about some of the things I learned doing the show and the process it took to get there.

I will also be posting the art that is still available for sale. (If you haven’t seen it already, it’s pretty wonderful stuff!)

In the in between time I am still recovering from a crazy few months, working on some writing and other projects, taking care of day to day life stuff, and of course, prepping for the next project!

For now, have a look at beauties (They are all still available for sale. Use the contact form under “contact us” to get in touch if you are interested.)

2. Leave “UPGRADE” in the comments section

3. Wait for your perk to arrive.

It’s that simple!

Street Art Piece

cropped-cropped-1798950_10153899987305228_1004436503_o.jpgLast weekend I met up with Anna, the street artist and screen printer in our show. She was doing up a wall at the Bernard Shaw Pub in Dublin 2 to advertise our exhibition. It was a great time. People from all walks of life came up to say hello, a bus driver going by gave his approval with a thumbs up, and there was more than one photo taken by people we didn’t even  know. Anna worked so hard to design, prep and then create this piece. It gave me a new appreciation for Street Art. I’m excited to see the rest of her piece when the exhibition opens!

These are just some of the conversations we are having at Coversations|Reconstructed. We hope you will join in with us in this next phase. Even if you can’t be at the show you can still be a part of it. More information is available at our Indiegogo page.
